Sam Dalley, who runs by the alias ‘STitCHi MONsTA’ has been a member of Shopfront Contemporary Arts Centre since 1999 and in 2008 he was employed as an Online Curator.
He is a contemporary artist who uses a variety of different art forms including performance, movement, Sound and visual art.Currently collaborating on a music project with sound and multimedia artist David Kirkpatrick and working on his own project and concept piece The_Slugabed_Progressions - designed to contained online/ video Projected/ live performed day dreams exploring what are the places our mind escapes to when confronted with daunting tasks and why do we see them.
Past theatre productions Sam has worked on include ‘CODA’ (2003), ‘Waddya Call Me?!’ (2004), ‘Angels In The Architecture’ (2005), ‘POP UP!’ (2006), '(lost toy story)' (2008). He is a strong believer in outdoor site-specific theatre; telling stories out in the open, also aiming to promote multiculturalism.

Sam has a passion for elaborate anthromorphic and hyper-real characters, simplistic dialogue and expressive movement. With inspiration ranging from Butoh to Krump, to tell stories with the central idea that ‘all life is sacred’.
